Apparel Merchandiser Jobs in Jebel Ali Freezone at Atraco Industries
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in apparel merchandising and order management, with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple orders from booking through shipment. We would prefer a candidate who can join imeediately.
Experience
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in apparel merchandising or a similar role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Apparel & Textile.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and good computer literacy.
- Effective coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive new orders and prepare Purchase Order (PO) summaries.
- Prepare and monitor order flow and booking charts.
- Coordinate with factory and planning teams to ensure smooth production and on-time shipment.
- Follow up with sourcing and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and shipment execution.
- Manage sampling and testing follow-ups.
- Monitor CRD (Critical Receipt Date) and PCD (Planned Completion Date) to ensure timely order execution.
- Identify and escalate production, material, and shipment risks in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate order status reports and provide regular updates to management.
