Inspection & Quality Control
- Perform daily site inspections of civil, structural, and architectural works
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Verify material quality upon delivery and prior to installation
- Witness tests and inspections (e.g., concrete, rebar, formwork, finishing works)
✅ Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, ISO, etc.)
- Monitor contractor activities to ensure adherence to quality procedures
- Verify that Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) are followed properly
✅ Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and checklists
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for deviations
- Maintain QA/QC records, logs, and material approvals
- Review Method Statements and Material Submittals
✅ Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Liaise with third-party inspectors and client representatives
- Attend site meetings related to quality issues
✅ Testing & Verification
- Conduct or witness field and laboratory tests (concrete slump test, cube test, etc.)
- Ensure proper calibration of testing equipment
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions for defects
