Aluminum Foreman Jobs in Dubai at Premier Class Building Contracting LLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate aluminum, glazing, doors, windows, curtain wall, and related finishing works at site.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
- Allocate manpower and monitor daily productivity and work progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other finishing trades to ensure smooth execution.
- Inspect completed works and ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, equipment, and maintain safe working practices.
- Prepare daily progress updates and report manpower and material requirements to the Site Engineer.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Aluminum Foreman in high-rise building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum and glazing installation works during the construction finishing stage.
- Ability to manage a team of technicians and helpers and meet project deadlines.
