Aluminium Foreman – Job Description
An Aluminium Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aluminium fabrication and installation works on-site or in the workshop, ensuring work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise aluminium installation works (doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, etc.)
- Read and interpret technical drawings and site instructions
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor daily productivity
- Ensure correct installation, alignment, and finishing quality
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades
- Check materials, tools, and equipment before and during work
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and company procedures
- Resolve site issues and report progress to management
- Control wastage and ensure efficient use of materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aluminium fabrication and installation
- Strong knowledge of aluminium systems and site execution
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per hour
