Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Aluminium Cladding Foreman to lead site installation crews for aluminium cladding, ACP panels, and facade systems. You’ll be directly responsible for making sure installation work happens safely, accurately, and on schedule — managing the crew day-to-day and keeping quality in check as work progresses.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of cladding installation crews on site
- Read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details to guide crew work
- Ensure cladding panels, brackets, and framing are installed per approved drawings and tolerances
- Coordinate material delivery, staging, and handling at the installation area
- Allocate manpower and tools/equipment across active installation zones
- Monitor installation progress daily and report status to the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Identify and resolve on-site installation issues (misalignment, panel defects, bracket clashes) before they escalate
- Enforce safety procedures for working at height, scaffold/access equipment, and lifting operations
- Coordinate with QC for stage inspections and support closure of any site-level non-conformances
- Train and mentor junior installers/technicians on correct installation methods
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in aluminium cladding/facade installation, with at least 2–3 years in a foreman/supervisory role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ACP, curtain wall, and structural glazing installation methods
- Ability to read technical drawings and installation details independently
- Experience managing installation crews of 5–15+ workers
- Working at Height certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic English communication; Arabic is a plus
