AI Specialist & Creative Designer blends traditional graphic design with generative AI to rapidly conceptualize, produce, and optimize visual assets. The role is focused on increasing creative output and innovating visual workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Asset Generation: Use text-to-image/video platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) to create high-fidelity visuals, campaign mockups, and digital illustrations.
- Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine precise prompts to consistently produce brand-aligned, high-quality outputs.
- Workflow Optimization: Integrate AI tools into existing design pipelines to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate content generation.
- Post-Production & Refinement: Combine AI-generated drafts with traditional design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite to retouch, adjust, and finalize visual assets.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all AI-assisted materials maintain the brand’s integrity, color schemes, and emotional impact.
Core Requirements
- Design Fundamentals: A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern AI generation and node-based workflows (e.g., ComfyUI).
- Industry Standards: Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Adaptability: A proactive, test-and-learn mindset to continuously adapt to the fast-changing landscape of generative AI.
Years of Experience:
4+ years in graphic design/art direction, coupled with verifiable, advanced experience in AI prompt engineering.
Experience Required:
Strong brand guardianship (ensuring AI outputs don’t look "AI-generated" or off-brand), high adaptability to rapidly changing tech.
Technical Skills Required:
Deep expertise in Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and other AI upscaling/generative fill tools. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and traditional typography/layout principles.
