The After Sales Support – Policy Administrator manages complex tasks related to controlling data-entry, data analysis, and card printing/processing information to ensure that the quality standards set by clients are closely met in terms of accuracy and turn-around time.

Key responsibilities / What you do :

Manage inclusion of new members into the client scheme and database system.

Perform data error correction, member upgrade, member deletions, and alterations of the client database to meet client requirements.

Maintain high quality of card printing to satisfy clients’ preset standards of service.

Issue periodic or daily reports on performance.

Handle complex requirements such as designing and photo editing.

Keep accurate records of activities for internal and external review.

Key requirements / What you bring :

Bachelor’s Degree; medical background preferred.

Knowledge of project coordination is a plus.

Physically fit to perform duties.

Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.

Fluent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and skilled in internet research.
