Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Aluminum Glass Factory Head to oversee operations and ensure high-quality production of doors and windows. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and leadership experience in managing factory workflow.
Responsibilities:
Interpret and create drawings & sketches
Handle pricing and cost estimation
Conduct site measurements
Prepare and manage cut lists for production
Supervise factory operations and ensure efficiency
Coordinate with team members for seamless execution
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Aluminum Glass (Doors & Windows)
Proficiency in technical drawing and sketches
Strong understanding of pricing & cost estimation
Hands-on experience with site measurements & cut lists
Valid Driver’s License (preferred for site visits)
Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
