1. Role Overview
National Medical Center is seeking a professional, skilled, and patient-focused Aesthetic GP / Aesthetic Doctor to support the development and growth of its aesthetic and wellness department.
The doctor will provide safe, ethical, and high-quality aesthetic consultations and treatments, recommend appropriate treatment plans, and help establish a trusted and commercially successful aesthetic service line.
The successful candidate must be clinically confident, commercially aware, patient-focused, and capable of converting consultations into suitable treatment plans while maintaining the highest standards of medical care.
2. Salary and Commission
The monthly salary will range from AED 4,000 to AED 6,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, aesthetic experience, procedural skills, existing patient base, and agreed working schedule.
A performance-based commission will be offered according to agreed monthly targets. The commission structure, targets, eligibility conditions, and payment terms will be discussed during the interview and confirmed in the final employment offer.
3. Patient Consultation and Assessment
The doctor will be responsible for:
- Conducting detailed aesthetic consultations.
- Reviewing patient concerns, expectations, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Performing appropriate skin, facial, hair, and body assessments.
- Recommending clinically suitable and personalised treatment plans.
- Explaining treatment benefits, limitations, risks, alternatives, expected outcomes, and aftercare requirements.
- Ensuring all medical advice is honest, ethical, and appropriate.
- Converting consultations into suitable treatment plans without applying inappropriate pressure.
4. Aesthetic Treatments and Procedures
Subject to the doctor’s qualifications, DHA privileges, experience, clinic licensing, and management approval, treatments may include:
- Botulinum toxin and anti-wrinkle injections.
- Dermal fillers.
- Skin boosters.
- PRP treatments for the skin and hair.
- Mesotherapy.
- Chemical peels.
- Facial rejuvenation procedures.
- Acne and pigmentation treatment plans.
- Anti-ageing treatments.
- Hair-loss consultations and treatment plans.
- IV wellness treatments, where legally permitted.
- Other approved aesthetic and wellness procedures within the clinic’s licensed scope.
All procedures must comply with DHA requirements, clinic protocols, approved clinical privileges, manufacturer instructions, and accepted medical standards.
5. Patient Safety and Medical Compliance
The doctor must:
- Maintain a valid DHA licence or eligibility and all required professional certifications.
- Practise strictly within approved clinical privileges.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records.
- Obtain informed consent before every treatment.
- Document products, dosages, batch numbers, treatment details, photographs where applicable, and aftercare instructions.
- Protect patient confidentiality.
- Identify contraindications and risks before treatment.
- Promptly and professionally manage complications.
- Follow infection-control, sterilisation, hygiene, and clinical-waste protocols.
- Ensure every procedure is medically justified and appropriate.
- Report adverse events or complications immediately to clinic management.
6. Sales and Department Growth
The doctor is expected to contribute actively to the growth of the aesthetic department by:
- Converting consultations into clinically appropriate treatment plans.
- Recommending suitable packages and complementary treatments.
- Upselling services ethically and professionally.
- Helping develop monthly aesthetic offers and packages.
- Supporting clinic campaigns, promotional events, and open days.
- Encouraging repeat visits through proper follow-up and long-term treatment planning.
- Building strong patient relationships that support retention and referrals.
- Working toward the monthly targets agreed with management.
Patient safety, trust, medical suitability, and treatment quality must always take priority over sales targets.
7. Working Arrangement
The working schedule will be agreed with clinic management based on operational requirements, appointments, and business needs.
The doctor may be required to:
- Attend the clinic on fixed days and during agreed working hours.
- Be available for confirmed consultations and treatments.
- Support selected evening, weekend, or promotional campaigns.
- Be punctual for all scheduled appointments.
- Notify management in advance of any change in availability.
- Avoid cancelling confirmed appointments except in genuine emergencies.
- Follow clinic attendance, leave, and scheduling policies.
8. Patient Follow-Up
The doctor must ensure appropriate follow-up after treatment, including:
- Reviewing treatment results.
- Managing concerns, side effects, or complications.
- Providing clear aftercare advice.
- Recommending follow-up sessions when clinically necessary.
- Developing long-term patient treatment plans.
- Recording follow-up outcomes in the clinic system.
- Communicating through clinic-approved channels only.
9. Marketing and Content Support
The doctor may be required to:
- Participate in educational and promotional videos.
- Explain treatments for social-media content.
- Support before-and-after content after obtaining valid patient consent.
- Participate in clinic awareness campaigns and events.
- Assist the marketing team in preparing medically accurate content.
- Support approved seasonal offers and treatment campaigns.
All marketing activities must comply with DHA advertising requirements and must not contain false, misleading, exaggerated, or unrealistic claims.
10. Professional Standards
The doctor must:
- Maintain proper grooming and a professional appearance.
- Communicate respectfully with patients, staff, and management.
- Clearly explain treatment prices and approved packages.
- Provide honest and ethical treatment recommendations.
- Follow clinic protocols, policies, and management instructions.
- Maintain punctuality, teamwork, and professional conduct.
- Protect the reputation and goodwill of National Medical Center.
The doctor must not:
- Personally collect patient payments unless authorised by management.
- Offer unauthorised discounts or packages.
- Promote outside services to clinic patients.
- Redirect clinic patients or leads to another clinic or personal practice.
- Perform private treatments outside the clinic using clinic-generated leads, records, products, or resources.
- Communicate with patients through unauthorised personal channels.
11. Required Qualifications
The candidate must have:
- A valid DHA licence or DHA eligibility as a General Practitioner / Aesthetic GP.
- Recognised aesthetic training and relevant certifications.
- Practical experience in approved aesthetic procedures.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and patient safety.
- Knowledge of injectables, skin treatments, PRP, and aesthetic protocols.
- Strong communication and consultation skills.
- The ability to convert consultations into appropriate treatment plans.
- A professional attitude and excellent patient-handling skills.
12. Preferred Skills
Preference may be given to candidates who have:
- An existing patient base or a demonstrated ability to attract patients.
- Experience in the Dubai aesthetic market.
- Confidence in performing injectables and advanced skin treatments.
- A professional social-media presence or willingness to participate in content.
- Experience working with clinical, sales, and marketing teams.
- A strong focus on patient satisfaction, retention, and department growth.
13. Performance Expectations
The doctor’s performance may be evaluated based on:

14. Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation
The doctor must maintain full confidentiality regarding:

- Clinic prices, packages, and promotional offers.
- Internal policies and business strategies.
- Staff information.
- Revenue and performance reports.
- Supplier and product information.
- Clinic marketing plans.
The doctor must not directly or indirectly solicit, transfer, or redirect National Medical Center patients, leads, or referral sources to another clinic, personal practice, or external provider.
All confidentiality and non-solicitation obligations will be applied in accordance with the employment contract and applicable UAE laws.
15. Summary
National Medical Center will provide the clinical platform, licensed facility, support staff, patient coordination, marketing assistance, and operational structure.
The doctor is expected to contribute clinical expertise, ethical treatment planning, patient trust, professional follow-up, target achievement, and active support for department growth.
The objective is to establish a safe, reputable, patient-focused, and commercially successful aesthetic and wellness department under National Medical Center.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
