Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
Provide information about our real estate services and assist clients in their queries.
Communicate effectively in Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, French & English to cater to a diverse client base.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while handling client interactions.
Keep records of calls, client responses, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Fluency in all required languages (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, French & English).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Confidence in handling client queries and scheduling appointments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
