Real Estate & Property Management Company – Abu Dhabi

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Secretary / Administrative Officer / Coordinator with relevant experience in real estate or leasing administration, preferably within Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage tenancy contracts, renewals, and amendments
  • Handle Tawtheeq registration and updates
  • Manage property listings on platforms such as DARI, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
  • Coordinate with tenants, landlords, brokers, and relevant authorities
  • Maintain accurate lease records and support daily property management operations
  • Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, including ADDC coordination
  • Prepare official letters, notices, and reports
  • Track lease expiries and follow up on renewals and payments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a real estate or leasing company (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy contracts and leasing procedures
  • Experience with DARI, Property Finder, Dubizzle, or similar platforms
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure

Location: Abu Dhabi

Please note: Only female candidates with relevant experience will be considered. Candidates aged 32 and below are preferred.

Pay: AED2,700.00 – AED3,300.00 per hour
