Gulf Aquaculture is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to ensure smooth office operations by managing daily workflows, coordinating internal communications, and overseeing schedules. In this role, you will act as the organizational backbone—often supporting HR, managing vendor invoices, and streamlining cross-departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Management: Oversee daily administrative operations, maintain physical/digital files, and manage office supply inventories.

• Communication & Scheduling: Act as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and clients. Manage executive calendars, schedule in-house meetings, and arrange travel logistics.

• Financial Support: Track office expenses, process vendor invoices, and assist management with budget development.

• Process Improvement: Evaluate current administrative workflows and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
