Production Supervisor Jobs in Doha at Etihad Steel Factory
Supervise fabrication, welding and/or preparation activities on shift;
allocate manpower and machines, enforce drawings and work instructions, monitor productivity, coordinate inspections, control rework, and ensure safe housekeeping and shift handover.
Experience
Minimum 8 years in structural steel fabrication, including 3+ years as supervisor/foreman.
Qualification
Technical diploma or strong trade background; excellent drawing reading; fabrication/welding sequence knowledge; manpower allocation; productivity control; basic Excel/reporting; HSE and quality awareness; strong shop-floor leadership.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 – QAR7,000.00 per month
