Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the General Manager’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Act as the point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft emails, reports, and presentations as required.
Assist in project management and follow up on assigned tasks.
Conduct research and provide summaries on key business topics.
Oversee office operations and ensure the GM’s workflow is efficient.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
