Assisting with general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files.
Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Providing support during meetings by taking minutes and distributing agendas.
Collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
