We are seeking an experienced and innovative Fitout Engineer to lead the transformation of spaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fit-out projects (minimum 4 years of UAE experience). Immediate Joining candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Execution
Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to interpret project requirements and specifications.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
2. Design to Delivery
Translate design concepts into practical solutions, considering materials, methods, and structural requirements.
Oversee sourcing and procurement of materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
3. On-Site Management
Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including installations and finishing works.
Ensure all work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
4. Team Coordination and Leadership
Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve seamless execution.
Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges.
5. Quality Assurance
Conduct inspections and ensure the delivery of high-quality finishes.
Identify and address potential risks and issues promptly.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out projects, with a proven portfolio of completed works.

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and design principles.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirement:
Valid driving license required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
