Job Title: HR and Admin Executive Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources Duties:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR procedures and policies.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of attendance records.
Support in organizing employee training and development programs.
Administrative Duties:
Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement.
Handle correspondence, manage schedules, and organize meetings as required.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises.
Provide general support to the management team and assist in document preparation.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the UAE is mandatory.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and administrative best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
