Job Description:
• Lead all operational, leasing, tenant relations, facilities management, and administrative functions for a premium Grade A commercial property within DIFC.
• Oversee leasing performance, occupancy management, contractor supervision, maintenance operations, and service delivery standards.
• Ensure full compliance with DIFC regulations, UAE Free Zone requirements, property management policies, and operational best practices.
• Manage budgets, contracts, procurement activities, stakeholder relationships, and initiatives that enhance tenant satisfaction and asset value.
