We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, quotation comparisons, payment applications, and variation claims. The role also includes reviewing drawings and specifications, conducting site measurements, supporting cost control, and coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good knowledge of construction drawings, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or CostX is an advantage.
