Job Specifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business.

Experience:

2-3 Years of experience.

Languages spoken:
Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Provides administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.

Handles information requests.

Coordinates office management activities.

Determines matters of top priority and handles accordingly.

Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system.

Alerts Manager about new meetings or cancellations.

Schedules meetings and arranges conference rooms.

Prepares correspondence and stuffs mail into envelopes.

Prepares agenda for meetings and takes minutes of meetings.

Coordinates travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.

Plans event activities.

Relays phone calls & emails from the end user and delivers them to the concerned department.
