Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and management documents.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and document distribution.
- Support the organization and coordination of company events, meetings, and executive visits.
- Assist with document preparation for government, banking, and corporate requirements when necessary.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
- Perform general office administration duties and provide support to other departments as required.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Experience supporting senior management or executives is preferred.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
