Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and management documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and document distribution.
  • Support the organization and coordination of company events, meetings, and executive visits.
  • Assist with document preparation for government, banking, and corporate requirements when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
  • Perform general office administration duties and provide support to other departments as required.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Experience supporting senior management or executives is preferred.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
