We’re looking for a Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in media sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can build strong relationships, and isn’t afraid to cold-call their way into groundbreaking solutions.

We specialize in social media marketing, content creation, influencer collaborations, website development, and tech solutions across multiple industries, including real estate, e-commerce, fashion, and automobiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & Pursue New Business Opportunities – Actively prospect and generate leads across various industries.
Develop & Execute Sales Strategies – Drive revenue growth through strong sales tactics and relationship-building.
Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain and update Pipedrive CRM with all sales activities, follow-ups, and deal progress.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team – Work closely to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
Prepare & Present Proposals – Tailor solutions for potential clients and effectively communicate FOVTY Media’s value proposition.
Meet & Exceed KPIs & Sales Targets – Consistently achieve assigned revenue and performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of sales experience in a creative or digital agency locally or outside the UAE.
Go-getter attitude, results-driven, and passion to succeed.
Ability to generate and close new business opportunities independently.
Knowledge of digital marketing services such as social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and web development.
Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and CRM tools like HubSpot.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
UAE-based candidates preferred; driving license is a plus.

KPIs for Sales Executive at FOVTY Media

Lead Generation & Outreach – Minimum of 40 qualified outreach attempts per week.
Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain HubSpot CRM with a healthy pipeline.
Meetings & Presentations – Minimum of 20 client meetings per month.
Revenue Targets – Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets.
Client Retention & Upselling – Identify opportunities to upsell and retain existing clients.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
