The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization to hire a Warehouse Supervisor to lead vaccines warehouse operations within a GMP-regulated environment.
This role will focus on cold chain excellence, regulatory compliance, inventory governance, and warehouse digital transformation to support temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cold chain operations (2–8°C, -20°C & controlled temperature zones)
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SFDA & pharmaceutical standards
- Oversee inventory governance, FEFO practices & stock accuracy
- Drive WMS / ERP integration and warehouse automation initiatives
- Lead digitization projects, KPI dashboards & process optimization
- Manage audit readiness, quality compliance & cross-functional coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 8–10 years of warehouse experience within Pharma / Biotech
- Minimum 5 years managing cold chain operations
- Hands-on experience with WMS / ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- GMP-regulated manufacturing experience preferred
- GDP / GMP certification is an advantage
