Responsibilities:
Document Checking:Perform document checks and journal entries in SAP.
Invoice Management:Receive invoices from vendors and customers, coordinating with relevant departments for processing.
Petty Cash Claims:Check and book petty cash claims accurately.
Payment Arrangements:Arrange payments to vendors and group companies on the 10th and 25th of each month.
Tax Payments:Ensure timely payment of various taxes, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Tax.
Tax Preparation:Prepare tax payments, including calculations and necessary workings.
Fixed Asset Control:Manage fixed assets, including conducting semi-annual physical counts.
Lease Asset Management:Oversee lease assets, including reporting, creation, and cancellation.
Insurance Coverage:Ensure all assets and office premises have adequate insurance coverage.
Month-End Support:Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closing entries, including accruals, provisions, and prepayments.
Requirements:
Strongattention to detailand organizational skills.
Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment.
