A Leading Freight Forwarding Company in SAIF Zone, Sharjah is looking for Accounts Executive. Preference will be given to candidates for min 1 year experience and on Husband/ Father sponsorship. Tally Experience is a must.
Job Profile – Accounts Executive
An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing an organization’s financial records and ensuring that accounting transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Calculate and file taxes, VAT and other statutory returns as applicable.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or a related role, depending on the position level.
Preferably on Husband’s Sponsorship.
