Accounts Assistant (Furniture Manufacturing & Trading Jobs in Ajman at Furmories furniture LLC

We are hiring an Accounts Assistant who understands both *accounts and operations* within a furniture manufacturing and trading environment. The role requires strong control over receivables, reporting, and coordination with *sales, production, and procurement*, while working within a customized ERP system.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Accounts & Finance:*

* Manage *Accounts Receivable* (invoicing, collection follow-ups, aging reports)

* Record daily transactions (sales, receipts, expenses, journal entries)

* Perform *customer, vendor, and bank reconciliations*

* Assist in *monthly closing* and financial reporting

*ERP & Reporting:*

* Maintain accurate entries in the *ERP system (Sales & Accounts modules)*

* Generate *daily sales reports, outstanding reports, and cash flow summaries*

* Track order-wise payments against *Sales Orders (advance vs balance)*

* Ensure data accuracy between *sales, accounts, and inventory*

*Operational Coordination:*

* Coordinate with *sales team* for payment collections and order status

* Work with *production team* to align invoicing with delivery & installation

* Handle vendor coordination for *purchase invoices and payment tracking*

* Resolve mismatches between *orders, deliveries, and billing*

*Control & Compliance:*

* Verify invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, and supporting documents

* Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) for audit purposes

* Support *VAT documentation and compliance*

* Monitor credit limits and flag risky customers

*Requirements:*

* Minimum *2 years UAE experience in accounts (preferably trading/manufacturing)*

* Strong grip on *MS Excel (reporting, reconciliation, formulas like VLOOKUP/Pivot)*

* Experience working on *ERP systems* (custom ERP is a plus)

* Good understanding of *sales cycle: quotation → LPO → production → delivery → invoice → payment*

* Ability to handle pressure and coordinate across departments

*Preferred Profile (Important):*

* Experience in *furniture, interior, or manufacturing industry*

* Strong in *Accounts Receivable & collection follow-ups* (this is critical)

* Practical mindset—someone who can *solve issues, not just record entries*

* Languages: *English + Urdu/Hindi (mandatory)*

*Salary & Benefits:*

* Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (based on capability)

* Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
