Job Description
Our company looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, and hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience (Consultancy or General Trading experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and FTA compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting, auditing support, and general accounting.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT filing.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts.
- Maintain legal and financial documentation.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in General Trading or Consultancy companies.
- Familiarity with UAE accounting standards and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing multiple company accounts is an advantage.
