Requirements:
- Locally available in Qatar
- Valid QID with NOC
- Strong experience in Traffic Management Design (TMD), Temporary Traffic Management (TTM), and Traffic Diversion Plans (TDPs)
- Experience with Ashghal and MOI guidelines and approval processes
- Proficiency in preparing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), diversion layouts, and method statements
- Experience in design review, site coordination, and implementation support
- Strong understanding of road safety standards and compliance
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
- Knowledge of traffic control devices, signage, and road markings
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and phasing plans
- Familiarity with Work Zone Traffic Management and risk assessments
