We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a construction industry background to manage project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting. The role involves close coordination with project teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial statements
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment cycles
- Handle subcontractor payments, retention, and variation tracking
- Support project cost control and perform variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams for financial accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems and project costing is an advantage
