Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Chinese companies
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting standards
- Experience with accounting software
- Professional accounting certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions including expense reimbursements, revenue recognition, and cost accounting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
- Provide regular financial reports and analysis to management to support decision-making
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting; analyze budget variances and provide actionable recommendations
- Deliver accurate financial data to support project and departmental planning
- Help optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in establishing and maintaining internal financial controls to ensure compliance
- Support external audit processes by providing necessary financial data and documentation
