Housekeeping Manager Jobs in Dubai at Eco Facility Management LLC

A Housekeeping Manager is responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness standards, managing housekeeping staff, scheduling duties, handling inventory, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team.
  • Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas.
  • Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters.
  • Train and evaluate housekeeping staff.
  • Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
  • Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
  • Prepare housekeeping reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Cleaning Company: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)
