A Housekeeping Manager is responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness standards, managing housekeeping staff, scheduling duties, handling inventory, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping team.
- Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas.
- Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters.
- Train and evaluate housekeeping staff.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Prepare housekeeping reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
