Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, maintain accounts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting books
✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
✅ Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
✅ Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
✅ Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
✅ Calculate and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
✅ Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports
✅ Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
✅ Maintain payroll records and salary processing
✅ Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
✅ Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and records
Required Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles
✔ Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
✔ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
✔ Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Good communication and organizational skills
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field
M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or relevant certifications will be an added advantage
Experience
Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply
