Key Duties & Responsibilities
Transaction Recording:
Accurately post daily debits and credits, manage the general ledger, and ensure all manufacturing transactions are classified correctly.Inventory & Cost
Accounting:
Maintain accurate stock records, assist in periodic inventory counts, and support product cost analysis.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Process vendor invoices, issue payments, issue client invoices, and track outstanding collections/receivables.
Tax & Compliance:
Manage UAE VAT filings, ensuring complete compliance with FTA regulations.
Payroll Processing:
Administer accurate monthly or weekly payroll and calculate deductions.
Reconciliations:
Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, supplier ledgers, and inventory variances.
Reporting:
Bring books to the trial balance stage and prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) for management.Qualifications &
RequirementsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Experience:
Minimum 2 to 4+ years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience, with preference given to candidates who have operated within UAE factory or production environments.Software
Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Quickbooks, Zoho, Xero) and advanced MS Excel.Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with UAE VAT laws and basic bookkeeping principles
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
