Maklad Design is looking for an Accountant to join our dynamic interior and fit-out team in Dubai. If you have 3–5 years of UAE experience in accounting, preferably in interior design, architecture, or fit-out projects, and a solid understanding of project accounting and cost tracking — this role is for you!

Join a creative and innovative team delivering high-quality interior and fit-out projects across the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Track project budgets, costs, and expenses for interior and fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with procurement and project managers to monitor financial performance, project budgeting (profit & loss), and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors as required.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for all projects and company operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years UAE experience in accounting, preferably with interior/fit-out companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks & Zoho Books only).
- Familiarity with project accounting, VAT, and financial compliance in the UAE.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
