Brand Manager – Tuna Category (KSA) Jobs in Al Andalus, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at Omar Kassem Al-Esayi Marketing Co. Ltd. (OKAM)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

·  Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

·  Drive brand growth, profitability, and market share within the Tuna category.

·  Manage marketing budgets and evaluate brand performance against KPIs.

·  Manage the brand budget and ensure optimal utilization of marketing investments to maximize return on investment (ROI).

2. Market Research & Consumer Insights

·  Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

·  Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, product launches, and promotional initiatives.

3. Marketing & Brand Execution

·  Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and communication plans.

·  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand positioning.

4. Innovation & Product Development

·  Identify and lead new product innovation opportunities from concept through successful market launch.

·  Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure effective commercialization of new products.

·  Identify consumer trends and translate market insights into innovative product concepts and category growth opportunities.

5. Product Portfolio Management

·  Manage the Tuna product portfolio to achieve sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership.

·  Monitor product lifecycle performance and recommend portfolio expansion, optimization, or product rationalization based on business performance.

·  Lead SKU rationalization and identify opportunities to optimize the product portfolio based on profitability, sales performance, and market demand.

6. Product Development

·  Lead the development of new tuna products, flavors, packaging formats, and pack sizes based on consumer insights and market trends.

·  Drive continuous improvement of existing products to enhance quality, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.

7. Pricing, Promotions & Discount Management

·  Develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and commercial discount programs in collaboration with Sales and Finance.

·  Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and discounts to maximize sales, market share, and profitability.

8. Market & Commercial Analysis

·  Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.

·  Develop a deep understanding of regional demand across Saudi Arabia and recommend commercial strategies accordingly.

9. Sales & Demand Planning

·  Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to forecast demand, ensure product availability, and optimize inventory levels across all sales channels.

·  Develop channel-specific growth strategies for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale, and Food Service to maximize category performance across all sales channels.

10. Business Performance

·  Monitor sales, profitability, market share, KPIs, and ROI for the Tuna category.

·  Prepare business performance reports and recommend action plans to achieve commercial objectives.

11. Cross-Functional Collaboration

·  Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and commercial execution.Key Responsibilities:
