We are seeking a dynamic and professional female receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, parents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining records, filing, and scheduling.
Support daily operations, including handling accounts and office coordination.
Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role (receptionist or admin).
Strong knowledge of administrative and secretarial work.
Familiarity with accounts and basic bookkeeping is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
