Job Opening: Accounts Officer – UAE Responsibilities: Day-to-day bookkeeping and assistance in preparing monthly financials. Invoicing to customers and following up for payments. Booking of invoices in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Business Central. Support in KYC compliance processes, including customer onboarding and registrations, as well as correspondence with customers to keep updated KYC records. Support the Finance and Compliance Manager in day-to-day reporting. Help prepare VAT returns and VAT workings for auditors. Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 days a week, Saturday and Sunday off Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in Accounting and Compliance-related roles in UAE. Working experience in the precious metals trading, manufacturing and refining industry is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE goAML regulations.
