Job Title: Auto Shop Supervisor

Job Summary:
Kings of Customs Auto Shop Garage is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Auto Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and manage a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, automotive expertise, and the ability to optimize workflow, maintain safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the auto shop, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs and customizations.
Assign work orders to mechanics and technicians based on expertise and workload.
Monitor and ensure that all repairs, maintenance, and modifications meet quality standards.
Implement shop policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Team Supervision & Training:
Lead, train, and supervise mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team skills and efficiency.
Maintain a positive work environment, ensuring teamwork and discipline.
Customer Service & Communication:
Interact with customers to understand their needs, explain repair work, and provide accurate cost estimates.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers for parts and materials.
Inventory & Equipment Management:
Monitor and manage stock levels of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Ensure that all tools and machines are well-maintained and functioning properly.
Coordinate with procurement to order necessary parts while minimizing costs.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workshop.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace.
Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory role within an auto repair/customization shop.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repairs, diagnostics, and customization.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Customer Service: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications: Automotive-related certifications are a plus (ASE, IMI, etc.).
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in workshop management software and MS Office.
Languages: English is required; Arabic and Hindi/Urdu are a plus.
