Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling cement manufacturing and plant-related projects.
  • Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
  • Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and contracts.
  • Support procurement processes by coordinating with suppliers and tracking material deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all project activities.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and communicate them proactively to stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget tracking and cost control for assigned projects.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external contractors.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in cement manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
