Develop and manage client relationships to achieve sales targets, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones by providing competitive solutions, monitoring account performance, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Generate new business by phone, customer visits, and events.

Collect all the needed info from the clients in order to support Business Solutions to prepare the needed proposals.

Support Legal & Contracting team to explain SALAM terms/conditions to the clients.

Track account performance metrics, analyze trends, and report on progress to management. Adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.

Share and archive customer data from lead to order to manage relationships that will result in customer satisfaction and account development.

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure alignment and effective execution of client strategies.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Achieve and exceed revenue & key performance indicator (KPI) targets.

Report accurately on sales activities including but not limited to funnel, order, service, contact, promotion, and ad hoc feeds for the Sales Operations team.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

2 years of experience in account management or sales within a corporate environment.

Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
