About Us
Lexon Healthcare is a leading home healthcare company dedicated to providing high-quality medical services, including Doctor on Call, IV Therapy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Lab Testing. We are looking for a PPC Manager to drive our paid advertising efforts, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing) campaigns.
Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to maximize conversions.
Create ad copies, landing pages, and A/B testing strategies to improve CTR and Quality Score.
Monitor campaign performance, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Implement conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams for holistic marketing strategies.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management.
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Local Services Ads).
Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and UTM tracking.
Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently and optimize for high ROI.
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
