AC Technician Supervisor (Arabic & English Speaker) Jobs in Doha at BASH
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician Supervisor who is fluent in Arabic and English to oversee HVAC maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and ensure the efficient installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of AC technicians.
- Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance, installation, and repair work.
- Inspect HVAC systems to identify faults and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance is completed according to schedule.
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare work schedules, service reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and respond promptly to service requests and complaints.
- Ensure technicians follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials, and report replenishment needs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to improve performance and technical skills.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in preparing maintenance reports and using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests.
