We are looking for an experienced AC Supervisor to lead and manage all air conditioning installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing activities. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of all types of AC systems and be able to supervise technicians, plan daily work, solve technical issues, and ensure all jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all AC installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing work.
- Lead and manage a team of AC technicians.
- Diagnose and resolve complex AC system faults.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks.
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
- Install, test, and commission all types of air conditioning systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Inspect completed work and maintain service quality.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and management.
- Prepare service reports and material requirements.
- Monitor tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Train and guide junior technicians.
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and company procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns.

Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in AC installation and maintenance (experience from the home country is accepted).
- Fresh in the UAE may apply if they have strong overseas experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and leadership skills.
- Ability to supervise technicians and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of UAE safety standards is an advantage.
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
