Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Educational Video Editor to join our team. The successful candidate will specialize in editing and filming educational videos aimed at students preparing for JEE and NEET courses. Your primary goal will be to transform raw footage and script outlines into engaging and informative educational videos.
Responsibilities:
Film and edit video lessons covering JEE and NEET course topics, ensuring they meet the educational objectives and quality standards.
Work closely with subject matter experts and educators to plan and execute video shoots.
Review lesson plans and raw material to create a shot decision list based on educational goals and content flow.
Edit video footage to include a mixture of instructor-led content, presentation slides, and on-screen annotations.
Input relevant text, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the instructional value of the video.
Design compelling thumbnails for video content to improve visibility and click-through rates.
Ensure video and audio quality are in line with company standards and suitable for an educational setting.
Manage timelines to ensure that editing phases are completed in time for course launch dates.
Archive all project-related materials in an organized manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing with a focus on educational content
Skilled in operating video cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of educational content sequencing and pacing
Experience in thumbnail design using graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with instructors and subject matter experts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team and take direction
Degree in film studies, educational technology, or a related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
