Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of outdoor sales executives
- Drive daily sales targets and ensure consistent performance
- Monitor team productivity and provide coaching & support
- Develop field sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Report performance metrics to management
- Proactively hunt for new clients and business opportunities to expand the customer base
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecom outdoor sales (Etisalat experience preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years in a team leader or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
- If you can bring your own team a great plus
