Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in discussions on the Group’s strategic planning; assist the President in proposing recommendations for domestic and international business development directions.
- Assist the President in decision-making on major projects and significant matters arising in day-to-day operations.
- Assist the President in formulating the overall technology development strategy and objectives for the Well Completion Industrial Group, based on the group’s technical needs and domestic/international industry conditions.
- Assist the President in organizing resources to track the latest technology trends, conduct new technology R&D, and lead technical capability building and enhancement initiatives.
- Assist the President in guiding the refinement and improvement of existing technologies; oversee the incubation, introduction, and promotion of new technologies.
- Assist the President in formulating talent acquisition strategies and talent structure optimization plans for the Well Completion Industrial Group, and guide/supervise the implementation of recruitment, team building, and talent development efforts.
- Assist the President in overseeing the day-to-day management of key accounts, relationship maintenance, and resolution of major issues, in order to drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Oil & Gas Field Development, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in well completion-related work, including at least 5 years in a managerial position, with experience in cross-departmental work or managing multi-functional teams.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make sound choices under complex circumstances.
- In-depth understanding of well completion; familiarity with market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Technical or professional expertise related to well completion (e.g., product management, sales strategy, etc.).
- English proficiency at a business negotiation level; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
- Innovative thinking, with the ability to propose new ideas and strategies to drive departmental development.
