Key Responsibilities:
Implement strategic plans and initiatives in alignment with the Bank’s objectives.
Monitor daily operations and analyze performance to ensure targets are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated efforts across departments.
Prepare regular reports on performance and ongoing projects for key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to operations.
Facilitate training and provide support to staff in the execution of new initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3years of experience in business strategy implementation or project management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
