Role Description The مدرب تصميم داخلي will deliver high-quality, practice-oriented training in interior design to diploma students and corporate trainees. This full-time, on-site role is based in Al Khobar and involves preparing lesson plans, designing training materials, and conducting classroom and studio-based sessions. The trainer will supervise practical projects, guide learners in applying design concepts, and provide constructive feedback on assignments and portfolios. Daily responsibilities include assessing learner performance, maintaining accurate training records, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and ensuring that all training activities meet institutional and accreditation standards. The role also requires staying current with interior design trends and tools to continuously enhance course content.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills for classroom, studio, and workshop delivery.
• Candidates should possess Instructional Design and Curriculum Development skills to design structured, outcomes-based learning experiences.
• Candidates should possess Design Thinking skills to help learners develop creative, user-centered interior design solutions.
• Formal education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (diploma or bachelor’s degree) is required.
• Practical experience in interior design projects and use of relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams and to support diverse learners in a gender-neutral, inclusive environment.
• Familiarity with vocational training standards in Saudi Arabia and previous experience in TVTC-accredited or similar institutions is an advantage.
