Leasing & Tenant Relations Specialist — Saudi Only
Abdulmohsen Al-Rossais & Sons Group Company is hiring a Leasing & Tenant Relations Specialist in Riyadh to manage the full tenant journey, from the initial inquiry through lease renewal or move-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full leasing process, including receiving inquiries, understanding client needs, presenting suitable units, negotiating terms, completing the lease, and handing over the unit.
- Follow up on lease contracts and tenants throughout the lease term, ensuring records are updated and all approved policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor rent collection and outstanding payments, and coordinate with the Finance Department to address delayed payments.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and tenant service issues, coordinating with the relevant teams until each request is fully resolved.
Manage lease renewals and move-outs, including renewal negotiations, contract completion, unit handover, and preparing vacant units for re-leasing.Requirements
Saudi .
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate leasing.
A valid FAL Real Estate Brokerage License.
Good knowledge of Riyadh’s real estate market and districts.
Strong communication, negotiation, collection, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tenants and lease contracts simultaneously.
Experience with the Ejar platform and real estate systems is preferred.
- Valid driving license and access to transportation.
