What You Will Do
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day workshop operations to achieve productivity, efficiency, and revenue targets
- Drive the “Fix It Right” culture and ensure adherence to manufacturer and distributor technical standards
- Monitor workshop KPIs, sold hours, utilization, productivity, and on-time delivery performance
- Plan and allocate workloads effectively to maximize technician efficiency and workshop capacity
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained and implement corrective actions where required
- Coach, mentor, and support technicians through training and performance management
- Manage warranty repair processes and ensure compliance with principal requirements
- Oversee workshop tools, equipment, consumables, and inventory management
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational enhancement projects
- Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements, company policies, and operational standards
